We took several meat-loving, vegan-sceptic members of the public and challenged them to a classic blind taste test. The twist? Each time, they’ll be served food from the M&S Plant Kitchen range, containing no meat at all. I was responsible for the creative concept, pitching, scripting, storyboarding and directing the edit.
